Troubleshooting Options

  1. If using a desktop/laptop, use Google Chrome as the web browser

  2. Try resetting your password

  3. Clear all cache/web history
    1. [Ctrl] [Shift] [Delete] in Google Chrome will bring you to the clear cache screen. Set to "All Time". Then, close all open windows of Google Chrome. Reopen an then try to login to your account. Please type out your passwords and do not allow autofill for the first time.

  4. Use an incognito window in Google Chrome by clicking the three vertical dots below the X button and clicking “Open New Incognito Window"

  5. Update your computer and web browser software to the latest versions

  6. Restart your computer
