Keep in mind, this only applies to items of a quantity of 2 or more that are the SAME. An example would be two OUPV/Six-Packs for you and your friend.
It DOES NOT apply to a Sailing Endorsement and Towing Endorsement because they are two separate courses with the quantity of 1 for each.
