The Master's final exam is broken down into the OUPV and Masters Upgrade. You will complete both courses and both final exams. Together, they equal the Masters written requirement right off the bat. The OUPV test has four modules: Rules of the Road, Plotting, Navigation, and Deck General. The Master's Upgrade is a single module.
