Accessing the Help Desk
Our Help Desk is used to look up articles on a variety of topics or to submit tickets for our staff to respond to via email. You can open the Help Desk from inside your classroom.
Locating the Help Desk
At any time when inside your course, you may click the HELP DESK link to check the Support Center or post a question. If you submit a ticket, our staff will reply within 1 business day, but normally do so sooner!
